Meet the research team and the CCD community
The team conducting this research project is made up of adults with a corpus callosum disorder (CCD) and university researchers. We are embarking on a maiden voyage together to solve a Wicked Problem: how to gain greater understanding and awareness of the elements that make up a good life for adults with a CCD. As we sail, we may traverse stormy seas and calm. We may also pick up new team members along the way but whatever happens, with teamwork, we will all be learning together and listening to the voices of the people who know best – adults with a CCD. Let us introduce you to the team.

AGLAP is A Good Life Advisory Panel. This field team is part of the research operations group and is made up of four members with a disability. AGLAP will be involved in guiding the research project at all stages of planning, implementation and analysis. Three members are members of the community of adults with a CCD and the fourth is a PhD student at the University of Melbourne. All work together as co-researchers. The team will liaise between the University of Melbourne research advisory teams and the CCD community.
